Why do width and height swap?
A clockwise rotation of 90 or 270 degrees swaps the output dimensions. A 180-degree rotation keeps them in their original order.
Are flips applied in screen coordinates?
Flips are applied in the rotated drawing coordinate system. Check the visible result when combining a rotation and a flip.
