Frequently asked questions
How is WPM calculated?
Correct characters are divided by five and then by elapsed minutes. The displayed WPM is rounded to a whole number.
Does the test count every mistaken keystroke in accuracy?
No. Accuracy compares the current entered characters with the passage at their positions; it is not a full history of errors you corrected.
