Frequently asked questions

What happens to a time that occurs twice when clocks move backward?

The converter selects the earlier occurrence and displays a note. It does not provide a control for selecting the later occurrence.

Why is a local time rejected around a clock change?

When clocks move forward, some wall times do not exist in that zone. Choose an existing time or use an explicit instant from the source system.
