Formats, privacy, and practical limits

Desktop browsers recommended. Maximum input 50 MB. First use downloads a roughly 32 MB processing engine. Processing can be slow and memory intensive; keep this tab open. Output size reduction is not guaranteed.

Files and generated results exist only for this tab session. Download any result you want to keep before leaving the page. Browsers may use temporary memory or disk cache while processing.

Frequently asked questions

Can converting MP3 to WAV restore lost detail?

No. A lossless output can preserve the decoded source but cannot reconstruct information discarded by an earlier lossy encoding.

Which output encodings are used?

MP3 uses 192 kbps, WAV uses 16-bit PCM, and FLAC uses the media engine’s FLAC encoder. There are no separate bitrate or sample-rate controls.
